For Central Florida Contractors
The Contractor Automation Blueprint
A written plan for what to automate in your business first – what it saves, what it costs, and what you can do yourself. $750, and it comes off the price if you hire us.
A Contractor Automation Blueprint is a paid written assessment that identifies which manual processes in a contracting business are worth automating, what each one costs to build, and which ones the owner can handle without outside help. It costs $750, takes about two weeks start to finish, and the fee is credited in full toward any project booked within 90 days.
Nobody should sign off on a $5,000 project based on a conversation. This is the small step that comes first.
The problem with free advice
You have probably had the free consultation. Somebody walks your office, nods a lot, and emails you a proposal for $5,000 with three bullet points on it.
You are left guessing. Is this the right thing to fix first? Is that a fair price? What happens if it does not work?
So you do nothing. Which is the reasonable response to not having enough information.
The Blueprint fixes that. You pay a small amount for real work, you get a real document, and you decide from there with actual numbers in front of you.
What is included in the Blueprint?
The Blueprint includes a 90-minute working session at your office or job site, a written six-to-eight page plan delivered within five business days, and a 30-minute walkthrough call. The plan ranks the three processes worth automating first, prices each one, and separates what needs us from what you can do yourself.
STEP ONE
A 90-minute working session
On your job site, in your office, or over video – your call. We walk through how you actually run work right now. How bids go out. What happens after you send one. Where job files live. What your office manager does by hand every single week. No questionnaire, no scoring quiz. A conversation about your real business.
STEP TWO
A written Blueprint, in your hands within 5 business days
Six to eight pages, in plain English. No jargon, no filler:
- Where your time actually goes. Three to five manual processes we found, with a real estimate of hours per month on each.
- The three worth fixing first, ranked by payback – what each one does, what it touches, what it gives you back.
- What each one costs to build. A number, not a range.
- What to do yourself vs. what needs us. Including the ones you can knock out this week for free.
- What not to automate yet, and why. This section is usually longer than people expect.
STEP THREE
A 30-minute walkthrough
We go through the Blueprint together so you are not left decoding a PDF on your own. Ask anything. Push back on anything.
What does the Blueprint cost?
The Contractor Automation Blueprint costs $750, paid once before the working session. If you book any project with us within 90 days of delivery, the full $750 is credited toward that project. If you do not, you keep the written plan and owe nothing further.
$750
one time, paid before the working session
Credited 100% toward any project you book within 90 days.
Hire us and the Blueprint costs you nothing. Do not hire us and you still keep the plan.
The plan is yours either way
This is the part people ask about, so let us be direct: the Blueprint is a deliverable, not a sales pitch with a cover page. You own it. If you want to hand it to your nephew who is good with computers, or to another IT company, or to nobody at all – that is entirely fine. We would rather write something honest and lose the job than write a brochure.
Who is the Blueprint for?
It is built for Central Florida contracting businesses with roughly 3 to 50 people who know some of their work could be automated but do not know where to start or what it should cost.
This is a good fit if you:
- Run a contracting business with somewhere between 3 and 50 people
- Know some of this could be automated, but do not know which part to start with
- Have been quoted for work like this and could not tell if the price was fair
- Would rather spend $750 to find out than $5,000 to guess
This is not a good fit if you:
- Already know exactly what you want built – in that case skip this and ask us to quote it through AI consulting directly
- Are looking for free advice. That is what the free course and the free assessment are for, and they are genuinely useful. Start there.
How does the Blueprint work?
It runs in four steps over about two weeks. You reach out and we confirm you are a fit before invoicing. We hold the 90-minute working session. Five business days later the written Blueprint is delivered. Then we walk through it together on a 30-minute call, and the decision is yours.
Questions contractors ask
How is this different from a free consultation?
A free consultation ends with a proposal. The Blueprint ends with a plan you own. Because you are paying for the work, we spend real time on it and we can tell you honestly when something is not worth doing – including when you should not hire us at all.
Can you do the session remotely?
Yes. On-site tends to surface more, because we can see the paperwork and the whiteboard and how the office actually runs. But video works, and plenty of contractors prefer it.
What if the plan says I do not need you?
Then that is what it says. Some businesses need two free settings changed and nothing else. We would rather tell you that and be the people you call in three years than sell you something you do not need today.
Do I have to use iTech Plus to build it?
No. The Blueprint is yours to take anywhere. It is written so another IT company – or a capable person on your own team – could work from it.
What happens after the project is built?
Automation needs somebody watching it. If you want that handled, our monthly support plans cover it. If you would rather maintain it yourself, the Blueprint tells you what that involves.
Is $750 credited if I only do a small project?
Yes. The credit applies to any project booked within 90 days, whatever the size. If the work we recommend comes to $1,500, you pay $750 more and that is it.
