AI Consulting Services: From Assessment to Automation
Most businesses know their technology needs improvement, but they don’t know where to start or what to prioritize. Without a clear IT roadmap, companies waste money on the wrong tools, fall behind on security, and make reactive decisions that cost more in the long run. Our IT consulting services help you build a strategic technology plan – from infrastructure assessments and vendor evaluation to AI readiness and digital transformation.

No long-term contracts required on our assessment. Upgrade to managed AI whenever you’re ready.
Copilot Pricing: Microsoft 365 Copilot is 0 per user per month, added to your existing Microsoft 365 license. Unlike ChatGPT or standalone AI tools, Copilot works directly inside Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams – where your team already works.
Straight answers about what AI can and cannot do for your business.
Do I need technical staff to use these AI tools?
No. We handle all setup, configuration, and integration work. Your team receives hands-on training and written guides tailored to their specific role. Most employees are comfortable within their first week. We’re also available for ongoing questions and retraining as tools update.
Is Microsoft Copilot worth it for a small business?
For most businesses we work with, yes. The productivity gains typically offset the licensing cost within 60–90 days. That said, it depends on how your team uses Microsoft 365 today. Our assessment will give you an honest answer before you commit to anything.
Will AI replace my employees?
No. AI tools amplify what your team can do — they handle repetitive, time-consuming tasks so your people can focus on higher-value work. Think of it as giving each employee a capable assistant that handles the grunt work. The businesses winning with AI aren’t replacing people; they’re making smaller teams more effective.
Is my data safe with AI tools?
We only recommend and implement AI tools with enterprise-grade security — no free consumer apps, no tools that train on your data without consent. For medical and legal clients, we exclusively use HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant tools, and we document the compliance posture of every tool we deploy.
How long does implementation take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from assessment to go-live, depending on scope. The assessment itself takes about a week. Configuration and training runs another 1–3 weeks based on the number of tools and users involved. We give you a timeline before any work begins so there are no surprises.

Most IT companies keep your computers running. We do that, and automate the work happening on top of them.
There is a version of AI consulting that means installing a chatbot and sending an invoice. That is not what this is.
We built AI into our own operations before recommending it to anyone. Ticket triage, monitoring, reporting and follow-up at iTech Plus run through automation we built and maintain ourselves. When we tell you an AI workflow is worth the effort, it is because we are running it. When we tell you one is not ready, that is the same answer we gave ourselves.
That is also why we start with an assessment rather than a product. Most businesses have two or three processes where automation pays for itself quickly, and a longer list where it would cost more than it saves. Knowing the difference before you spend anything is the entire value of the first conversation.
Security questionnaires now ask about AI. So do insurers, and increasingly so do the enterprises your clients sell to. Adopting AI without a governance answer is how a deal stalls late.
NIST is voluntary and self-attested, roughly six to ten weeks of work. ISO 42001 is certifiable by a third party and a longer road. Most small businesses start with NIST and only pursue ISO when a customer contract requires the certificate.
