Who these courses are for

Owners, operators, and office managers running small and mid-size businesses across Central Florida. If you have ever sat down to figure out ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or any other tool and ended up more confused than when you started, these courses are written for you. Every module starts from zero, uses real examples from contractors, medical practices, law firms, and other SMBs we work with, and gives you something you can apply the same day.

You do not need to be technical. You do not need to buy expensive software before you start. If you can use Outlook and a web browser, you have what you need to finish a course.

Why we built these courses

As an MSP serving Central Florida, we kept seeing the same pattern: business owners would hear about AI, sign up for a tool, and then either never use it or use it in a way that did not actually save them time. The training that exists online is mostly built for full-time tech professionals or marketing teams — not for the owner of a 15-person contracting outfit who has 45 minutes a week to spend learning.

So we built our own. Short modules. Real workflows. No vendor pitches. Every course is taught from the perspective of someone who actually has to make the technology work in a small business, not someone selling you a subscription.
