Try Us for 90 Days. If You’re Not Happy, You Get Your Money Back.

Most IT companies ask you to sign a three-year contract and hope for the best. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in the next thirty-six.

The Big One

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Switching IT providers is the part everyone dreads. This is how we take that risk off your desk and put it on ours.

Try us for 90 days from the day we go live. If you’re not happy with the responsiveness, the communication, or the results — tell us, and we’ll refund the managed service fees you’ve paid us.

No metrics to argue about. No form to fill in. No panel reviewing whether your dissatisfaction qualifies. You decide, and that is the whole test.

The Fine Print, Up Front
  • ▸ The 90 days run from your go-live date, not from when you sign.
  • ▸ It covers our managed service fees. Software licences (Microsoft 365, backup, security tools) and hardware are not included — we paid those out to someone else on your behalf.
  • ▸ Onboarding labour is not included. That work is real and it is already done.
Every Month, Not Just the First Ninety Days

Six Things We Put in Writing

These are not aspirations. Each one is inside our control, and each one has a consequence attached if we miss it.

1. Your price is locked for 24 months

The per-user rate you agree to today is the rate you pay for the next two years. No annual uplift, no quiet re-rating when your headcount grows.

2. No surprise invoices

Your bill matches your agreement. If we ever charge you for something that isn’t on it, we remove the charge and credit your account $100 for the trouble of noticing.

3. No multi-year lock-in

After the first year, thirty days’ notice ends it. We would rather keep you because the work is good than because the paperwork says you have to stay.

4. A named engineer, not a queue

You will know the name of the person looking after your systems, and they will know your business. Not a ticket number routed to whoever is free in another time zone.

5. Onboarding finished in 30 days

Everything on the onboarding plan we agree in writing is done inside thirty days, or we waive the onboarding fee. You will have the plan before you sign, so you can hold us to it.

6. A one-page report every month

What we did, what changed, what got automated away. One page, in plain English, every month — with no consulting line on the invoice for producing it.

What We Will Not Promise You

Any provider can print a number on a website. Here is where we would rather be straight with you than impressive.

We will not promise that nothing will ever break

Hardware fails, vendors have outages, and the internet goes down. What we will promise is that we are watching, that you will usually hear it from us before you notice it, and that there is a plan for when it happens.

We will not promise a fix time

Some problems are a five-minute change. Some are a hardware vendor’s replacement schedule, or a software company’s support queue, and pretending otherwise would just be a number we would later have to explain away. We aim to respond within two hours during business hours, and we will always tell you honestly where a problem stands.

We will not promise you are un-hackable

Nobody can promise that, and the providers who imply it are the ones to be careful with. We will make you a much harder target than you are today, and we will be honest about what is still exposed and what it would cost to close.
