These terms describe the text messaging program operated by iTech Plus for its managed IT customers. By providing your mobile number to us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description

iTech Plus offers SMS text messaging to communicate with customers about their IT services — including appointment and on-site visit reminders, support ticket and status updates, account and billing notifications, and one-to-one support conversations.

2. Consent

You opt in by providing your mobile number to iTech Plus — during onboarding, on a service agreement, via our website contact form, or when you contact our support team — and agreeing to receive texts.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share or sell your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and support needs.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. iTech Plus does not charge for these messages.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

7. Supported Carriers
