Most orders ship within 48 hours of payment. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for next-day delivery.
We need your VoIP provider name, SIP server address, SIP username and password, and your desired extension number. If you are on our VoIP service, we already have everything we need.
No. We configure Grandstream phones for any SIP-based VoIP provider including 3CX, RingCentral, Vonage, 8×8, Nextiva, Zoom Phone, and FreePBX. However, we do offer our own VoIP service starting at $19.99/seat if you need a provider.
We include free remote support for 30 days after delivery. If your phone does not register or has audio issues, we will troubleshoot remotely at no charge. Most issues are resolved in under 15 minutes.
Yes. If you have existing Grandstream phones that need reconfiguration, ship them to us or drop them off and we will configure them for $25 per phone.
Yes. Our VoIP plans start at $19.99/seat/month with unlimited calling, auto-attendant, voicemail-to-email, and a mobile app. We can bundle the phone hardware with a service plan for maximum savings.
