Microsoft’s SLA covers uptime but NOT your data. We implement third-party backup (Veeam, Druva, or similar) that creates independent copies of your email, OneDrive, and SharePoint data. If Microsoft goes down or your data is accidentally deleted, we can restore it from our independent backup.
